Group Fitness

Not only do we offer several cardio and strength-training areas and a functional fitness zone, but also a variety of exciting, fun, and dynamic group fitness classes on a weekly basis that are free with HRC membership.

Other fitness-related services offered at the HRC include personal training. And if you want to get some fresh air, check out our jogging routes in and around campus.

Personal Training

The HRC offers personal training for members and non-members with special pricing for students and faculty and staff.  The private sessions will be tailored to meet your chosen goals in a manner that you enjoy.
