Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are a great way to learn a variety of exercise styles. Through group fitness, you are exposed to a community of people with similar goals who are seeking a healthy lifestyle. We offer a variety of exciting, fun, and dynamic group fitness classes on a weekly basis that are free with your HRC membership. Below you will find information on the various classes offered each semester.

Are you interested in becoming a Certified Group Fitness Instructor? Butler HRC will be hosting a dual certification workshop on Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25. The HRC is partnering with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) to host both a Group Fitness Instructor workshop (Saturday) and an Indoor Cycling Certification workshop (Sunday).

The sign-up for both is located on the netafit.org website. For help signing up for either workshop, please contact Dan Scripter at dscripter@butler.edu.
