We offer both non-binding Early Action and Regular Decision deadlines for first-year fall applicants. Early Action applicants receive full consideration for academic scholarships.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

If you have the drive and desire to study at Butler University, we’re here to help you and your family make the investment. In 2021-22, 96 percent of our students received gift aid (that’s money they don’t need to pay back).

Advanced course placement

If you’ve earned Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or College Level Examination Program (CLEP) credits while in high school, you may be eligible for advanced course placement.
