SJCM offers a wide array of majors and minors with state-of-the-art classrooms and production spaces housed in the Fairbanks Center for Communication and Technology, including a full-size, HD-capable video production studio and control room; fully outfitted professional-quality recording studio; and Mac-based computer labs fully equipped with the latest versions of video, audio, and digital imaging software.

Creative Media & Entertainment

Explore the production of content for television, film, and interactive media. With studies in digital video production and editing, and graphic design, our students develop a broad skill set and an understanding of both traditional and new media.

Music Industry Studies

Our students learn to transform their talents and dedication into marketable skills required by music publishers, radio, performing rights organizations, talent agencies, record labels, concert promoters, and venues. Music Industry Studies is available as a three-year degree.

The Sports Media major is the only degreed program of its kind in Indiana and one of only a handful of degreed programs in the Midwest.
