Enrollment Appointment Times

Calculating Enrollment Appointment Times

Each fall and spring semester, undergraduate students are assigned enrollment appointments that allow for self-registration for the subsequent semester. These appointments open over nine days, with nine appointments opening per day (7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, noon, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM). Standard enrollment appointments are determined by class and randomized within the appropriate class.

Select undergraduate students are given priority enrollment appointments that place them at the front of their class. These priority enrollment appointments are determined by membership in a priority registration group (see below).

Students in priority registration groups include: honors students, students receiving benefits through the Veterans’ Administration, students registered with the Office of Student Disability Services, and student-athletes. Most student-athletes receive priority registration during the semester of their NCAA Championship (i.e., the semester of their NCAA competitive season). Men’s and women’s basketball student-athletes are placed in priority registration groups for both the fall and the spring semester.

All graduate students are assigned to the first enrollment appointment (i.e., 7:00 AM) on the first day of registration for the subsequent term.
