Registration and Records
(R&R) manages the University course catalog, the
schedule of classes, registration, degree audits, transfer credit,
and transcripts, and is managed by the University's Registrar.
Please contact us at one of the addresses at right if you have any
questions that are not addressed by this website, or if you find
elements of this website that are not functioning.
Fall 2012
The Fall 2012 semester is now available for
viewing and planning purposes. Advising begins March 26th and
registration begins April 9th. Check your registration time under
Enrollment Appointment in Student Center at my.butler.edu
Confused about Core classes? Course Search has a new
facility to help you. When browsing the Core Curriculum, designate
whether you started at Butler on or after Fall of 2010, or before
then, and Course Search will
give you an appropriate list of class options. Your
Academic Requirements Report, available through Student
Center, also contains course recommendations appropriate to
the requirements which apply to you.
You can get the form here or stop in the
office in JH133 to pick up a copy. Information about Commencement
will be sent to you in the next few weeks. Remember, once you apply
for Graduation, the fee for official transcripts is waived, up to
25 copies until a year after you graduate.

Please come to our main office in Jordan Hall, Rm. 133 to
request a transcript, turn in a change form, request an
enrollment certification, or handle other R&R business.
