Registration and Records

Registration and Records (R&R) manages the University course catalog, the schedule of classes, registration, degree audits, transfer credit, and transcripts, and is managed by the University's Registrar. Please contact us at one of the addresses at right if you have any questions that are not addressed by this website, or if you find elements of this website that are not functioning.

Spring 2010 Registration

• The class schedule for Spring 2010 is available on this website (see at right), or with up-to-the-minute changes on Course Search or through My.Butler.edu
• You can begin now to construct your desired schedule through the Wish List on My.Butler.edu. Validate your choices to see if you need a permission number, and to see if any seats are available.
• Check on My.Butler.edu to see if you have any holds, and what you should do about them. Most students have at least one hold.
• Advising for Spring 2010 classes starts October 19th, 2009.
• Self-service registration starts Monday, November 2nd. If you have not received your registration appointment, check your email.
• If you are not able to get the classes you need, contact the department for a Permission Number

Transcripts
Full instructions are available for requesting a transcript.

Service Counter
Registration and Records no longer has a service counter at JH109. Please come to our main office in Jordan Hall, Rm. 133 to request a transcript, turn in a change form, request an enrollment certification, or handle other R&R business.
