Wayhaven Access for Faculty & Staff

Supporting those who support our Bulldogs: Wayhaven AI access expanded

At Butler, we know that our faculty and staff are the backbone of our community. We also believe that taking care of students starts with taking care of yourself. As part of our commitment to holistic wellness through BU|BeWell, we are proud to expand access to Wayhaven—a free, private, well-being coaching app previously available to the student body, now fully open to all Butler employees.

We understand that many professionals are hesitant about generative AI, especially when it comes to well-being. You might ask: Does a professional really need an AI “wellness coach”? Or worse, Is this tool trying to replace human therapy?

Let’s be entirely clear: Wayhaven is not a replacement for therapy, and it never will be.

Instead, think of Wayhaven as a highly secure, 24/7 digital sounding board, tailored specifically for the higher education environment.
