The Volunteer Center puts out applications for the following year's staff in the spring of each year. The Associate Director of PuLSE and outgoing and incoming Student Directors all participate in the selection of the new staff. All Student Staff members are required to hold 7-9 office hours, attend weekly staff meetings, plan a service project, as well as the individual job responsibilities.
