Butler Summer Session for 2018 offers online, hybrid, and on-campus selections from a rich variety of Butler curricula—the CORE, all six colleges, undergraduate and graduate programs—all taught by Butler faculty.

Highlights

Conduct Research Through the Butler Summer Institute

The Butler Summer Institute (BSI) is designed to allow a student to pursue a significant research question, contribute to a scholarly conversation, or produce creative work. Students are mentored by a faculty member and supported by a community of equally enthusiastic student researchers, scholars, and artists. Study Abroad with the Center for Global Education (CGE):

The CGE sponsors several credit-bearing opportunities for Butler students to study and travel abroad. Students will travel with Butler faculty studying topics that relate to their major, minor or general education. Opportunities for summer 2019 include experiences in China, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, England, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, and Singapore. Visit the CGE’s online application system for more program details.

Indy Summer Experience

Butler has the goal of not only attracting great students from all over the country to earn their education in Indiana, but to entice them to stay here and live out their professional dreams. The Indy Summer Experience program is designed to showcase Indianapolis and what it has to offer to students as they are completing summer internship and experiential education opportunities.
