The Consent and Healthy Relationships Workshop examines the topic of consent from a variety of lenses (romantic or platonic) and engages students in conversation about the role that consent plays in their own relationships. Students practice new techniques to communicate their wants and needs and understand the wants and needs of others, examine how society affects our individual lives, and practically apply new tools to a variety of situations.
We understand that our students come to campus with a wide variety of experiences, and that the content found in Consent and Healthy Relationships could be triggering, particularly for those who have experienced interpersonal violence.
