Community Standards & Rules

The community standards and rules outlined in the Guidelines, Procedures, and Services of Residence Life are designed to protect each individual’s right to sleep, study, and socialize and to promote a sense of community spirit and responsibility.

You can find the Guidelines, Procedures, and Services of Residence Life on the Housing Portal under the “Resources and Updates” tab in the “Residence Life Policies” section.

Please remember that you are responsible for all residence life policies. As a reminder. Health & Safety Checks are conducted at least one time per semester. During Health & Safety checks, Residence Life staff will enter your space to confirm the space is healthy and that there are no policy violations. You can learn more by asking your RA.
