Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts
The Schrott Center for the Arts is a 450-seat proscenium theatre. Butler Theatre has produced international theatre productions in the space including Romeo and Juliet and The Water Carriers.
Schrott Center Dressing Rooms
Butler Theatre teaches its make-up course in the spacious Schrott dressing rooms.
Lilly Hall Studio Theatre 168
The Lilly Hall Studio Theatre 168 is a flexible space where a wide range of classics, world premieres, and devised works are produced.
Lab Theatre 328
Lab Theatre 328 is a fantastic black box space that houses experimental work and student-produced work in addition to performances and lighting courses.

Lilly Hall 177 is an intimate black box space where we teach and produce exciting student work.

Lilly Hall 45 is our costume shop.

Lilly Hall 74 is our make-up and dressing room.
Lilly Hall 68
Lilly Hall 68 is a craft room, which we share with the Department of Dance. We use this space for dying fabrics and creating costume pieces and masks.
Costume Storage Facility
The costume storage facility opened in 2016. The space is meticulously laid out so that students experience a professional-level storage facility for costumes, shoes, handbags, and accessories from a wide variety of eras and cultures.
Scene Shop
The scene shop opened in fall 2016 and provides students the opportunity to work on set-building skills with a variety of power tools, saws, and welding equipment. The natural light also assists with the painting process.
