Jordan College of the Arts alumni act, design, direct, dance, choreograph, compose, sing, play, conduct, teach, manage, and inspire. Whether they are seen on the stage, in the pit, front of house, in the classroom, or not seen at all while working behind the scenes to ensure a successful event, JCA graduates are hard at work all over the country.

In 2012, the Jordan College of the Arts conducted an extensive survey of our alumni through the Strategic National Arts Alumni Project (SNAAP). The results of the study show that compared to other surveyed institutions, JCA alumni are:
- More likely to have job placement before they graduate.
- More likely to have first employment in the area of their studies.
- More satisfied with career advising received at Butler.
- More satisfied with internship opportunities during their undergraduate career.
- More prepared for leadership roles.
