- The Compass Center Spiritual Care Conversations—Faculty and staff who are processing the complicated experience of losing a co-worker, team member, or friend in recent Butler layoffs are able to request a Spiritual Care Conversation by an online form through The Compass Center. These conversations can be confidential depending on who is requested and they need not be religious in nature. The Compass Center strives to provide a safe space for active listening and processing for anyone navigating change, uncertainty, and loss related to recent events. These conversations can occur over Zoom, by phone, or FaceTime. If interested, click the link for Spiritual Care Conversations to learn more and submit a request.

Employee Benefits
Butler employees have access to a wide variety of benefits. New employees have an opportunity to embrace Butler’s culture while learning about the benefits and the Butler Way during New Hire Orientation. Orientation is scheduled every other Monday, and HR or the supervisor will contact the new employee with the date they are scheduled to attend orientation.

Employee Handbooks
Lactation Room Locations
Mothers needing a space on campus for lactation can reserve a room. Two dedicated lactation rooms are available in Jordan Hall (Room 343-C) and Lacy School of Business (LSB 018).
Space is also available at the Service Center, 451 W. 52nd Street.
