The COPHS Pharmacy Program offers a combination of challenging coursework, experiential education with leading clinicians, and direct pathways into professional programs for first-year students. The best students crave a good challenge and an immersive culture of wellness—and on both fronts, we deliver.
Our Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree program prepares graduates to be highly skilled pharmacy practitioners: authorities on the use of medicines able to apply pharmaceutical and biomedical science to the practical problems of drug therapy.
Led by an exceptional faculty dedicated to individual student success, students develop leadership and service skills, clinical and communication skills, and strong external relationships through experiential learning opportunities.
Our Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree challenges students through an intensive curriculum, while allowing the opportunity to focus on a discipline of particular interest through the implementation of a research project of their own design. Thesis research is conducted in our state-of-the-art research shared laboratory, where students work one-on-one with faculty members to design and carry out a research project to be defended in front of faculty at the program’s end.
Students graduate with the laboratory skills and readiness for doctoral level education or positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
