Photography consent forms must be completed and submitted by the parent/guardian of each student participating. Coaches or other personnel are not authorized to complete consent forms on a student’s behalf.

Parking
The 2026 Science Olympiad is scheduled on the same day as a Butler basketball game and the Shen Yun show at Clowes Hall. The Hinkle lot cannot be used. We recommend the parking garage, which is connected to the Chatham Tap restaurant. icles may find space in the other sections of the Hinkle lot or the parking garage. The garage is expected to be in regular operation that day with hourly rates; however, at 10:30 am this will change to an “event rate” of $15 for the day.
All buses may drop students and supplies near Levinson Family Hall. See the additional information below for large and mini bus parking.
Large Buses
After drop off, the larger buses will need to park at the Butler softball diamond and the I Lot. The Butler softball diamond is off of 51st street and Bulldog Road and should fit the first 22 buses. A diagram for suggested parking is included. Once the softball diamond is full, there is room for 8 additional buses in the I Lot.
Mini Buses
Mini buses will need to park at South Campus at the Shelter Auditorium Parking Lot marked with a yellow star on the Map of South Campus.

On-Campus Dining Information
On-Campus Dining at The A-Town Cafe (credit/debit cards or Apple Pay only – cash not accepted)
Brunch/lunch is from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and can be purchased at the door for $13.50.
Brunch on Saturday features a variety of breakfast items starting at 9:00 a.m. The salad and deli bar opens around 10:00 a.m., with lunch items added to the menu at 11:00 a.m. All offerings are available until 2:00 p.m.
Dinner is from 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM and can be purchased at the door for $15.00.
