The needs of those who have experienced an incident of bias may vary from person to person and may evolve over time. The University, greater Indianapolis community, and national organizations offer services and resources to support those impacted by incidents of bias with varying levels of confidentiality. It is important to note for reports of sexual misconduct, most employees are considered Responsible Employees and are required to report the names and all details of any incident of sexual misconduct that has been brought to their attention to the Title IX Coordinator or designated Deputy Title IX Coordinators for further investigation.
