Susan Zurbuchen serves as the director of arts administration
for the Jordan College of the Arts. She holds a bachelor's degree
from Lakeland College in Sheboygan , Wisc. and a master's degree
from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis. Ms. Zurbuchen teaches
courses in arts management, fundraising and audience development.
She supervises students in internships in the fields of music,
theatre and dance. Susan Zurbuchen has worked as an arts
administrator and nonprofit board consultant for over twenty years.
Her professional associations include membership in the TCG, the
Indiana Advocates for the Arts and the Association of Arts
Administration Educators. She is also a member of Phi Kappa Lambda,
an honorary music fraternity. Ms. Zurbuchen served as a grant
review panelist for the Indiana Arts Commission, the Arts Council
of Indianapolis, the Central Indiana Community Foundation and Young
Audiences of Indiana.

Ms. Kleiman has a 30+ year career in arts administration. Prior
to joining the Butler Jordan College of the Arts, Kleiman was
Artistic Director of the Edyvean Repertory Theatre where she was
responsible for the artistic product and staff as well as
co-management of the operation. In addition Kleiman created and
facilitated programs in arts education, community engagement and
collaborations with other organizations. Kleiman's additional
professional experience includes serving as Director of Artists'
Programs at Young Audiences of Indiana, Master Artist in Drama for
VSA Arts of Indiana and Adjunct Instructor of Theatre at JCA. She
is also a free-lance director and actor. Kleiman is the recipient
of a 2001 Creative Renewal Arts Fellowship. She has served as a
grant review panelist for the Indiana Arts Commission and member of
the Indianapolis Civic Theatre's Education Committee, and she
is currently a board member of Awareness of Mental Health Through
the Performing Arts and a reader for Indiana Repertory Theatre's
Young Playwrights in Process. Professional associations include
Americans for the Arts and Association for Arts Administration
Educators. Kleiman is a graduate of Earlham College and Christian
Theological Seminary. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
