Cycle: This cycling class is a high-energy, music-driven ride designed to boost cardiovascular endurance and build lower-body strength. Led by an instructor who guides you through a mix of climbs, sprints, and recovery intervals, the class challenges you to adjust resistance and pace to match your fitness level. Motivating playlists and clear coaching help you stay engaged and push your limits while maintaining proper form. Whether you’re new to cycling or an experienced rider, you’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.
Express Cycle: This high-energy 30-minute cycling class combines music, motivation, and instructor-led drills to deliver a quick, effective cardio workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, it includes sprints, climbs, and recovery intervals to boost endurance and burn calories fast.
Pilates: Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It focuses on strengthening the core muscles that support stability and posture, while enhancing body awareness and promoting conscious control of movement. The practice also aims to balance muscle strength and flexibility throughout the body, helping to prevent imbalances that can lead to injury. Pilates is known for its emphasis on precision, control, and mindful movement, making it a powerful tool for building a strong, aligned, and resilient body.
Water Aerobics: Water Aerobics is a low-impact, high-energy workout performed in the shallow end of a pool, designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, and overall endurance. Using the natural resistance of water, this class provides an effective full-body workout while minimizing stress on the joints, making it ideal for individuals of all ages and fitness levels—including those recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
Yoga: This class offers a well-rounded practice rooted in classic postures and intentional movement. Class moves at a moderate, accessible pace, allowing time to focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful transitions between poses. You can expect a balanced sequence that gently builds strength and flexibility while improving balance and body awareness. The practice concludes with calming poses and relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to both body and breath.
Power Yoga: This 45-minute Power Yoga class features a traditional vinyasa flow designed to build strength, heat, and focus. You’ll progress through a series of standing poses that challenge balance, improve stability, and build full-body strength, with opportunities to explore inversions and accessible modifications. The practice slows toward the end with calming poses and finishes with a few minutes of relaxing savasana, leaving you feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.
Recovery: This recovery-focused group fitness class is designed to help your body reset, restore, and recharge. Through a combination of gentle movement, guided mobility work, stretching, and breath-focused exercises, the class supports muscle recovery, improves range of motion, and reduces tension from daily activity or intense workouts. The pace is slow and intentional, with options to meet you where you are physically. Whether you’re looking to recover from training, ease stiffness, or simply unwind, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to move well again.
