Art With a Heart’s mission is to provide hands-on visual arts experiences that educate and inspire at-risk children.

The Aspire Higher Foundation’s mission is to establish vibrant community spaces and innovative programming in the Near Northwest community where residents can live, create, and connect. We provide the youth of Indianapolis with opportunities that bend the arc of social justice in their direction. Our goal is to assist in breaking the cycle of structural racism and dismantling systems that are not equal for children of color. We are committed to providing educational, technical, economic, social, and sports programming to enhance the opportunities for success in the lives of all children, especially those who are disenfranchised.

The Athenaeum preserves and enhances its historic German-American landmark to advance the Sound Mind in a Sound Body values of its founders through programming that lifts spirits and engages in diverse communities.

Big Car Collaborative brings art to people and people to art, sparking creativity in lives to support communities. Two of our long-term projects, Tube Factory artspace and Listen Hear, host community and cultural programs as hubs for social connectivity, cooperation, and creativity in the Garfield Park neighborhood just south of downtown Indianapolis. We also facilitate people-focused placemaking and place keeping projects across the city and beyond through Spark Placemaking. The Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites collect, preserve, interpret and present the material record of Indiana's art, science and culture while bringing quality museum offerings from around the world to Indiana to encourage people to discover the world and Indiana's role in it – as it was, as it is and as it can be.
