Public Notice of Upcoming CCNE Accreditation Review

The Butler University Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program is scheduled for an initial accreditation on-site evaluation by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) on October 14–16, 2026.

In accordance with CCNE accreditation procedures, program constituents and other interested parties are invited to submit written third-party comments regarding the program’s qualifications for accreditation. Comments should address the CCNE accreditation standards and must be signed and written in English.

Comments must be received by CCNE no later than September 23, 2026.

Third-party comments are submitted directly to CCNE and shared with the evaluation team before the on-site evaluation. Comments are not shared with the Butler University BSN program during the accreditation review process.
