RecWell Historical Timeline
1990 – Butler High Ropes Challenge Course Opened
2006 – Butler High Ropes Challenge Course was moved to its current location and significantly expanded
June 2005 – Broke ground on future Health & Recreation Center (HRC) facility
September 2006 – Health & Recreation Center (HRC) opened
2009 – Significant West Campus Field upgrades
August 2022 – The Butler Esports Park opened
July 2023 – The four Outdoor Pickleball Courts opened on campus
