The RecWell Staff offers a wide array of programs: Intramural Sports, Club Sports, Aquatics, Group Fitness Classes, Casual Open Rec Play, and much more. All of our programs are designed with inclusion, well-being, and play in mind.

Our facilities are state-of-the-art, including a six-lane lap pool, leisure pool, sauna, indoor track, outdoor pickleball courts, and fitness spaces designed for both serious training and social connection.
