Description

Undergraduate students enrolled in at least 12 credit hours receive a RecWell membership and full access to our facilities and programming for the current semester they are enrolled. Fees are paid via the student activity fee. 

Note: If a full-time student was enrolled for both the Fall and Spring semesters, and is registered for the coming Fall semester, the student will have RecWell access throughout the Summer, until their full-time student membership reactivates in August. If the student is not enrolled full-time for both semesters, the student may purchase a Summer membership.

Cost

A RecWell membership paid through the Student Activity Fee each semester.

Description

Students enrolled in less than 12 hours of graduate or undergraduate classes are eligible for an opt-in student membership.

Note: Students who are enrolled in less than 12 hours do not pay the Student Activity Fees, which is why part-time students do not automatically receive a RecWell membership.

Full cost is $275 per semester due at the start of the semester, but prorated each day after if purchased mid-semester.

Full-time Butler faculty and staff have RecWell membership included as part of their employee benefits package. The membership is linked to their Butler ID.

All part-time Butler faculty and staff are eligible to purchase a reduced-cost RecWell membership. Verification of current faculty and staff status (via the employee’s Butler ID) is necessary to join. Faculty and staff members can elect for payroll deduction if an annual membership is purchased.

RecWell members may add Additional Family Members to their RecWell membership. An Additional Family Member must be either a spouse, partner, or dependent 16 yrs or older who lives with the primary member. Proof of that relationship may be required.
