Heritage Place of Indianapolis, Inc. provides older adults with comprehensive and coordinated human services to encourage and promote healthy lifestyles, independence, well-being and a high quality of life. We create opportunities for independence by offering a unique combination of center-based activities and in-home services. Through education & learning, companionship & fellowship and community resources information, we help older adults continue living in their residence of choice.
