Volunteer Opportunities
The volunteer would come weekly for a 2-4 hour shift. During this time the volunteer visits patients who are currently admitted to the hospital and provides them with various interventions (conversation, active range of motion, help ordering meals, etc) to help them avoid delirium and get back home. This opportunity is great for pre-med, pre-OT/PT, social work, those interested in older adults.
