Bulldogs Involved Through Service

A collaboration between Butler University and the Student Government Association, BITS is a day-long service learning project done by students, faculty, staff, and the wider Butler community.

Bulldogs living, learning, and serving together

For Butler University students, faculty, and staff:

  • All family participants under the age of 18 should be registered individually through the registration.
  • All family participants over the age 18 must sign up using their own email and note they are part of the Butler representative’s family group.

For all other registrants:

  • All family participants under the age of 18 should be signed up under one representative email account
  • All family participants over the age of 18 must sign up using their own email and note they are connected with a family group

Please note:

  • Each individual participating in BITS must be registered. In other words, each family member must have a separate registration. (Children age 6 and up are welcome to join us.)
  • Family members who register as directed above will be placed together.

If you are interested in working in a group with up to 10 specific individuals, please have a representative from your group send a list to BITS@butler.edu. (Members of the group must first register individually.)

Group requests do not constitute an individual’s registration and will only be accepted until midnight on Saturday, August 31.

Though we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all group requests, we will do our best.

  • Family members who register as directed above will be placed together.
