Resources for Managing Stress & Staying Positive

Our current work from home and social distancing situation leaves little opportunity to share a laugh while we wait at the coffee maker or water cooler. We lose the camaraderie of our friends and peers and might feel the work from home pressure bears down even harder than the pressure in the office. Please take some time to reach out to your co-workers. A phone call, a Slack chat or a quick Zoom meeting might be just the thing they need to get them through these remaining days of COVID-19 isolation.
