CAT's Academic Technology Innovation Grant (ATIG)
In the inaugural year of the ATIG program, six Butler faculty completed the Lightboard ATIG track, producing both classroom and marketing/recruiting videos. This year CAT is adding a second track to the ATIG program; faculty will choose to participate in either a Lightboard track or Active Learning track. Those interested in learning about the grant, including the proposal requirements and deadlines, are invited to attend the CAT Download on Friday, November 9.
New Lending Library Item
CAT recently added a Kensington Wireless Presenter to the Lending Library. The presenter uses a green laser pointer and a cursor control joystick, allowing instructors to use the presenter like a mouse. CAT Lending Library items can be checked out for up to two weeks; stop by the CAT offices to try out this new device.
