Young alumni programming aims to assist recent graduates in central Indiana in maintaining strong connections with their alma mater. Young alumni are defined as alumni who have graduated within the last 10 years.
The Young Alumni Board of Central Indiana provides an opportunity for young alumni to connect with their fellow graduates, network for career opportunities, and serve both the community and Butler. The board consists of 24 recent alumni who have volunteered to serve three-year terms, meet four times a year as a group, and plan activities for Butler’s largest concentration of young alumni. Learn more (link to page listed above) about becoming involved on the board.

Ovid Butler Society
Graduates of the last decade are the cornerstone of Butler’s future. The Ovid Butler Society counts on members who have recently graduated and members who will soon graduate from Butler, and realizes that giving at the regular $1,000 Ovid Butler Society level is not always feasible for people at this stage in their lives. For that reason, recent graduates can receive full membership in the [Ovid Butler Society] at an adjusted giving amount, depending upon graduation year. Your support can be directed to any area of campus, including the Young Alumni Book Scholarship Fund.
