Adult Degree Completion
Your bridge to a bachelor’s degree.
If you have an associate’s degree or 60 credits hours, you can complete your bachelor’s online in just two years.

Why Butler’s Degree Completion Program?
Butler’s adult degree completion program provides an education that fits your life, not the other way around.
With seven-week online courses, you’ll take one or two courses at a time. Most students can finish their Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership in 18–24 months. And since each student is paired with a dedicated Student Success Team—including an advisor, career counselor, tech support, and tutoring—you’ll have the support you need to see it through.
With clear tuition pricing, no hidden fees, and eligibility opportunities for waived application fees and tuition discounts, the program strives to reduce both the cost and time to graduation so you can get busy advancing your career.
Bachelor’s degree holders in general earn about 35 percent more than those with an associate’s degree, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. But you want to know the investment you’re making in your education will directly translate to your personal growth and leadership, right now.
That’s why the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership curriculum is informed by the needs of modern employers. You’ll build skills and credentials that organizations are looking for, such as digital fluency, communication skills, leadership, and the ability to make ethical, data-informed decisions.
Through Butler’s partnerships with schools like Ivy Tech, Campus Group Inc., Dallas College, Harper College, and Sinclair Community College, students benefit from a streamlined transfer process. Ivy Tech students meeting eligibility criteria also receive automatic admission, waived application fees, and potential tuition discounts.
At the employer level, Butler’s partnerships with local healthcare, insurance, tech, and government institutions also create pathways for mentorship and job placement. Beyond the classroom, you can expect networking events, career advising, and résumé building workshops, and more to help you stand apart.

We know learning can happen outside the classroom. Applicants who don’t have the required college credits may still qualify for up to 30 credit hours through Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) based on their professional experience, credentials, or certificates.
