Admitted Student Visits

Recently admitted to Butler? These visits are designed just for you.

On-Campus Visits

We know making a college decision is tough, and we’ve heard that it usually takes another campus visit (or two) to help you make up your mind.

Admitted Student Visit

Coming 2024

We include a little bit of everything in this two-hour visit—a “what’s next?” admission and financial aid presentation, housing and course registration information, a current student panel, a campus tour, and lunch on us at the Marketplace at Atherton Union.

Admitted College Info Sessions

Coming 2024

Now that you’ve been admitted to Butler and know what you’re planning to study, get a head start with your academic career. This on-campus, small group visit allows you to meet directly with faculty or staff from your admitted college, giving you a taste for what life will be like in the fall.

Please note: This visit does not include a campus tour or admission/financial aid presentation. We highly encourage you to also register for one of our Admitted Student visits by logging in to your student status page.

True Blue

Coming Spring 2024

True Blue: Dawg Life

If you’re still wondering if Butler is the right fit (or maybe you want confirmation that it is!), we invite you to immerse yourself as a student and attend True Blue: Dawg Life.

Whether you want to see Butler’s campus just one more time—or for the very first time—this on-campus event will showcase student organizations, academics, residence halls, and more. You’ll enjoy lunch on us in the dining hall, meet other admitted students, and hear from current Bulldogs in a student-only panel. Parents and families will also benefit from special programming hosted by campus leaders.

True Blue: Arts

Join us on campus for a reception and a production by the Butler Ballet. A pre-show reception provides the opportunity to connect with other potential #ButlerBound families, current Butler students, and admission and financial aid staff. Refreshments will be provided. Optional campus tours will also be offered.

After the reception, we’ll head to the Butler Arts and Event Center (BAEC) for a production by the Butler Ballet. Located in the heart of campus, the BAEC is home to the highest caliber of student and professional performances. Butler’s Ballet program is consistently listed as one of the top five collegiate programs in the nation. Tickets are provided for attendees.

True Blue: Athletics

Join us for True Blue: Athletics, featuring an on-campus reception and a BIG EAST basketball game. A pre-game reception provides the opportunity to connect with other potential #ButlerBound families, current Butler students, and admission and financial aid staff. Refreshments will be provided. Optional campus tours will also be offered prior to the reception.

After the reception, we’ll head to historic Hinkle Fieldhouse—known as “Indiana’s Basketball Cathedral”—to watch the Bulldogs battle one of their BIG EAST rivals. Cheering on the Dawgs in Hinkle is one of the richest traditions and highlights of Butler student life, and you’ll get to experience it all firsthand. Tickets to the game are provided for attendees. #GoDawgs

Butler Bound Days

Coming Spring 2024

Coming 2024

These Zoom information sessions offer a live delivery of the same information families receive in our on-campus Admitted Student Visit: a “what’s next?” admission and financial aid presentation, housing and course registration information, and an overview of academic and student life on campus.

We’ll leave plenty of time for questions, too.

Sesión Informativa en Español (Virtual)

Coming Soon
