Mathematics: Recommended Odd-Year Path

Notes:

  • This plan requires students to matriculate with AP or other transfer credit for Butler’s MA106 – MA107 Calculus 1 – Calculus 2 courses.
  • If multiple Core Curriculum requirements (e.g. GHS, ICR) are satisfied via a single course, students must ensure that 120 credit hours are earned prior to commencement, of which more than 40 credit hours are 300 level courses or above.
  • Students who place into 100-level foreign language will need to use one of the non-300-level electives to complete the foreign language requirement.
