Actuarial Science (Even-Numbered Year): Recommended Three-Year Path

Notes:

This plan requires students to matriculate with AP or other transfer credit for Butler’s MA 106 – MA 107 Calculus 1 – Calculus 2 courses.
If multiple Core Curriculum requirements (e.g., GHS, ICR) are satisfied via a single course, students must ensure that 120 credit hours are earned prior to commencement, of which more than 40 credit hours are 300-level courses or above.
Students who place into 100-level foreign language will need to use one of the non-300-level electives to complete the foreign language requirement.
Students who complete EC 231, EC 232, and MG 360 (all three courses) are exempt from the required SW course.
In addition, students will earn a minor in Business Administration upon completion of this plan.
