Build on what you know.

Butler University is proud to introduce its first adult degree completion program: the fully online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.

Housed in Butler’s College of Communication, the program is designed for working adults who need a flexible, accessible pathway to finish their degree. Co-developed with employer partners and guided by national labor market data, the curriculum is tailored to what high-demand industries are looking for—so every course is relevant to today’s workforce. And with transparent tuition costs, you’ll know exactly what to expect as you invest in your career.

Going back to school isn’t always a straightforward decision. Which is why we offer personalized support as you balance work and family obligations: so you can cross the finish line with confidence.

Butler’s adult degree completion program provides an education that fits your life, not the other way around.

With seven-week online courses, you’ll take one or two courses at a time. Most students can finish their Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership in 18–24 months. And since each student is paired with a dedicated Student Success Team—including an advisor, career counselor, tech support, and tutoring—you’ll have the support you need to see it through.

With clear tuition pricing, no hidden fees, and eligibility opportunities for waived application fees and tuition discounts, the program strives to reduce both the cost and time to graduation so you can get busy advancing your career.
