Let’s Talk Drop-In Service

Let’s Talk is a drop-in service that offers informal, confidential, consultation with a Counseling & Consultation Services staff member either live in the Diversity Center or by Zoom. Students can learn more about CCS, problem-solve, or just begin a conversation about a concern. This is not to be used for crisis situations. Students can still consult with one of our staff outside of using the Let’s Talk times below by calling our office (317-940-9385) to arrange an  in-person meeting, phone call or Zoom meeting at a time convenient to them.

Access to our clinicians via Let’s Talk will end May 6 and resume after the start of th fall semester. Please call our office directly to consult with one of our staff over the summer.

Let’s Talk is not a substitute for therapy and does not constitute mental health treatment. Other options for care include individual and group therapy, 24/7 phone consultations with local hospitals such as St. Vincent Stress Center at 317-338-4800, or, in a crisis, either St. Vincent Stress Center, another local 24-hour care option, or 911.

Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure the confidentiality of Let’s Talk sessions conducted via Zoom, there are privacy risks associated with any online platform.
