The rates for each room and\/or activity space and services are listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Event requests of 75 or more people need to be submitted at least a semester in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other event requests need to be submitted at least two weeks before the date of the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The facility request does <strong>not<\/strong> guarantee that the dates and times requested are reserved unless a confirmation is received from the Office of Recreation &amp; Wellness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrangements for the fee payment, entrance to the building, and other considerations must be made at least two weeks prior to usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please allow 3\u20135 business days to either confirm or deny a request. Some event requests may require more information or details, therefore more time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-internal-rental-requests\" style=\"border-radius:50px\">Internal Rental Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>All internal groups (i.e., Butler faculty, staff, and students)<\/strong> should use EMS to request a RecWell rental space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-left is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-fdcfc74e wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/butleru.emscloudservice.com\/web\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EMS Reservation Request<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-external-rental-requests\" style=\"border-radius:50px\">External Rental Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">If you are an external group and interested in reserving a space, please fill out\u00a0our Facility Rental Request Form. Due to high demand, there is limited space for external groups.\u00a0Your request may be denied. Requests must be submitted at least two months in advance.
