University Event’s mission is to provide its clients with exceptional experiences and memorable moments. With the support of the Operations division, the Office of University Events coordinates the scheduling and use of most campus facilities and services for the Butler community, its campus organizations and departments, as well as for external organizations and personal users.

Summer Conferences and Camps

Our campus is home to a number of conferences and camps each summer. Butler University offers residential housing, dining services, and facility use for conferences starting Memorial Day Weekend through the last weekend in July. Learn more about summer camps and conferences.

Facility Rental

University facilities are available for rent when not in use for academic activities. Space options range from small conference rooms to large auditoriums, most with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
