Your graduation date is the&nbsp;date you <strong>complete&nbsp;your program<\/strong>, not the date of the ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current Butler students who need a transcript <strong>sent directly<\/strong> to a scholarship agency. If you can&#8217;t have your transcript directly sent to the agency, see our<strong> FAQs below<\/strong> for other options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current Butler students who are studying abroad through Center for Global Education (CGE) or Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current Butler students applying for Pharmacy Licensing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current Butler students who are applying for Butler&#8217;s Pharmacy program through PharmCAS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current students enrolled in the Shortridge Early College Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Butler staff <strong>cannot email<\/strong> either your official or unofficial transcript because email is not secure. If you need to have your <strong>transcript sent to an email address<\/strong>, you <em><strong>MUST<\/strong><\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org\/school\/ficecode\/00178800\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">order it through the\u00a0National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>, where it can securely be <strong>sent electronically to an email address<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.butler.edu\/www\/sites\/21\/2022\/02\/08104334\/free_transcript_request_form_fill2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Complete the Free Transcript Request\u00a0Form<\/a> and upload it in your order as an attachment. If you need to submit other forms with your transcript, you may upload them as a pdf into your order, as well.\u00a0<strong>If you forget to upload the attachment<\/strong> into your order, contact <a href=\"mailto:Registrar@butler.edu\">Registrar@butler.edu<\/a> to <strong>cancel your order so that you can resubmit it<\/strong> with the free transcript form attached. We must have the attachment in the order, so that our processors know to reduce your transcript fee of $9.50 before your credit card is charged. You will be charged a $2.90 processing fee. There are many phone apps available that will scan documents to pdfs.
