The Bulldog Jog, a 5k run/walk, has become a
tradition on Butler's campus. Even the canine kids are encouraged
to participate in this family friendly event. Register now to reserve your place at the
Ready to get back to your healthy living routine after being
away for Spring Break? Come join us in the HRC Gym from 4:00 -
5:30pm for an hour and a half combo class, 30 minutes of Insanity,
30 minutes of Core with personal trainers Jack and Luke, and 30
minutes of Yoga and stretching. Take the challenge of all 3 or pick
one or two. It's sure to have you feeling re-energized to finish
the semester off strong and healthy.

Sweat to Spring Break is a voluntary 7 week program for HRC
members to help you focus on your health as you prepare for Spring
Break! Pick a destination and sweat your way to reach the
destination. One minute of exercise equals one mile toward your
