Philip Villani, PhD

Dr. Villani earned a B.S. in biology at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, followed by a PhD in botany at the University of California–Riverside in 1998. He is an associate professor of biology and advises junior and senior students interested in the health professions including medicine, dentistry, optometry, veterinary medicine, physical therapy, and occupational therapy as well as serving as an advisor to the students who have declared biology as their major.
Dr. Villani has walk-in advising for pre-health students on Mondays and Fridays 1:00-2:00 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 AM-noon during the Spring 2019 semester .

Paul M. Morgan, PhD

Dr. Morgan earned a BS degree in medical technology from California University of Pennsylvania and the Benedum School of Medical Technology at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital. He worked for eight years in clinical laboratories before entering graduate school and earned his PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007.
Dr. Morgan is an instructor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and will advise first and second year students interested in health professions including medicine, dentistry, optometry, veterinary medicine, physical therapy and occupational therapy.
Dr. Morgan has walk-in advising for pre-health students on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:00-11:00 AM, and Thursdays 2:00-4:00 PM during the Spring 2019 semester .
