Through the cooperation of&nbsp;our partners representing academia and the pharmaceutical industry, fellows will actively participate in various aspects of pharmaceutical innovation,&nbsp;drug&nbsp;optimization,&nbsp;data-driven approaches, and global safety.&nbsp;The pharmacovigilance&nbsp;fellows will have the opportunity to seek specialized areas of training including, but not limited to pharmaceutical innovation, safety culture, human factors, clinical guidelines, error detection and analysis, leadership frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, supply chain security (substandard and falsified medications), and evidence-based policy.&nbsp;Fellows will learn best practices in teaching and education from award-winning faculty at Butler University in addition to training with leading experts in the pharmaceutical industry.&nbsp;While the FDA has previously played an integral role in this fellowship, due to the dynamic environment we cannot guarantee this experience will be continued.
