Visitor & Event Parking
Special event parking fees of $10 will be charged for Clowes Hall events larger than 400 people, Football games and Men's Basketball games, but some other events may also have event rates. The parking garage will be used for event parking during all events. The Hinkle Lot will be event parking during all athletic events listed and typically presold event parking for football and basketball. A shuttle is provided for men's basketball games between the garage and Hinkle Fieldhouse. Currently event parking is cash only. We are working to bring in mobile credit card payment in early 2018. Where the event rate is listed as OPEN there is no charge for parking. Where it is listed as Hourly, the standard garage hourly rates apply.
Visitor and event parking is available in the new parking garage facility, located in the 4700 block of Sunset Avenue, between 46th and 49th Streets. Motorist access to the 1,025-space garage is available from Sunset Avenue.
The Sunset Avenue Parking Garage is open 24 hours a day, with a standard rate structure (listed below), but may be subject to special event parking fees. All garage machines accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) and there is a cash paystation in the garage breezeway that opens onto Sunset Avenue.
