From Our Recent Graduates

The career development program helped me develop my business, management, and people skills that I would have never learned in the classroom or in a book. I, along with every single Lacy School of Business student, was paired with a mentor. From day one, I knew that she would be able to provide me with resources, stories about her past business experience, and insight to help me figure out what I wanted to do. The knowledge, lessons, and stories I learned from my mentor are things that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

The Butler Career Development program is definitely one of a kind! The career mentors assigned are positive people who have dedicated their time and demonstrated a willingness to help students find lessons in their past experiences; allowing me to move forward in my career and establish my original professional network that I am thankful to say will last me a lifetime.
