Hanson<\/a><\/span> (CFA, CIPM) is an associate professor of finance in the Lacy School of Business and the founding Faculty Director of Bulldog Reports. Previously, he has served as a faculty member at Kent State University, Cleveland State University, and Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is the advisor to the Butler chapter of the Financial Management Association (FMA) and faculty coordinator of the annual Wall Street Trek, which provides an opportunity for finance students to travel to New York City to meet with Butler alumni to learn more about careers in investment banking and other high finance roles. His teaching responsibilities include courses in equity valuation, algorithmic finance, international finance, and financial derivatives. His <a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/citations?user=NIpGSsAAAAAJ&amp;hl=en&amp;oi=ao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">research interests<\/a> include financial literacy, quantitative methodology, and the effects of translation and globalization on financial markets. He is a coauthor of <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.taylorfrancis.com\/books\/mono\/10.4324\/9781315647845\/quantitative-research-methods-translation-interpreting-studies-thomas-hanson-christopher-mellinger\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quantitative Research Methods in Translation and Interpreting Studies<\/a><\/em> (Routledge).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-student-managing-directors\">Student Managing Directors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bulldog Reports empowers student leaders to make connections with sponsors, target companies, and financial professionals in greater Indianapolis.
