You&#8217;ll be immersed in actual business settings from your first days on campus. You won&#8217;t just be prepared for success. You are introduced to business concepts and see those concepts in action with real companies. At the end of the semester, you&#8217;ll join a team and participate in the Top Dawg Business Plan Competition, where you&#8217;ll be tasked with developing a business idea, writing a business plan, and then presenting your work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.butler.edu\/lacy-business\/experiential-learning\/rbe\/\">The Real Business Experience<\/a><\/strong><br>In just one semester, you&#8217;ll form teams, create a business idea, and start and run your real business. The class is facilitated by faculty and professional mentors who have impressive professional experience. Each team is assigned a mentor to help guide the business to new levels. Your personal career mentor assists you in locating required internships, which often result in full-time employment upon graduation.
