Mediated Spaces

Many rooms on campus are mediated. Fully mediated spaces include a large format display, computer, DVD player, document camera, audio & screen capture, and amplified sound. There are also some rooms that are specially designed for specific functions such as Panopto recordings or Video Conferencing. Panopto is a tool that can be used to capture audio and video for later playback online. If you teach in a classroom with Panopto and would like to use it, and you have not attended Panopto training, contact the Center for Academic Technology. Video conferencing (Zoom) is the use of sharing video and voice with another user across the internet.

To report a technology issue in any mediated space, please contact the Help Desk
