Kacey Shriner ’16—Employer Assistant
Assists employers with coordinating their on-campus recruiting efforts, supervises student workers, and provides support to other ICS staff on various projects.

Mona Guirguis—Career Advisor
Provides developmental career guidance to individual students and alumni by counseling on resumes, cover letters, interviewing skills, and Gap Year resources to aid in career exploration and job or internship preparation. Assist students and alumni in exploring interests and personality preferences by administering the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory assessments individually and in classroom and campus group meetings. Coordinate the Pharmacy Post Graduate Education Showcase (PGE), Pharmacy Expo, and Pharmacy Interview Day events. COPHS & CCOM Career Liaison.
Courtney Rousseau '03—Career Advisor
Counsels students and alumni in all stages of the Career Development Cycle by leveraging assessments such as the Strong Interest Inventory and StrengthsQuest. Additionally, Courtney coordinates the ICS workshop series, Postgraduate Activity Report, and ICS assessment efforts. JCA & CCOM Career Liaison.
Jeremy Walthall—Career Advisor, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences
Provides personalized, internship/career counseling for students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, including career and internship exploration, preparation, and planning. Collaborate with and assist departmental faculty and administrators within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in identifying and expanding internship, externship, and experiential learning opportunities for students in the liberal arts.
Alyssa Laskowski—Student Employment Coordinator
Oversees all processes of Student Employment including on-campus student employment, developmental outreach and training to students and their supervisors, and providing a supervisor role for Federal Work Study. Assists the ICS team with coordinating networking events, supervises the Peer Career Advisors, assists with overseeing the Butler Advance TLC, and provides support to ICS staff on various career-related projects and initiatives.
