Butler is proud to supplement these plans with access to the Health &amp; Recreation Complex, telemedicine visits and behavioral therapy, employee assistance, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-medical-coverage\">Medical Coverage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Butler University provides three medical plan options, PPO Plus, PPO Core, and HDHP, which are administered through Anthem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All medical plans include coverage for prescription medication. Butler\u2019s program is coordinated through CarelonRx, an Anthem company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-benefits-central-advocacy\">Benefits Central Advocacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigating the healthcare system can be challenging. If you need help, contact the Benefits Central Advocacy Line for one-on-one help with general benefit questions, eligibility, billing, claims and ID cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-contact-benefits-central-advocacy-line\">How to Contact Benefits Central Advocacy Line<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Call<\/strong>: Talk to an advocate directly at: 833-856-0111<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Text<\/strong>: Send a message with your name and call back number to 317-266-9392 (Standard messaging and data rates apply).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>: Send a description of your insurance issue to BUadvocate@hylant.com. An advocate will reach out to you within 24 business hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dental-coverage\">Dental Coverage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Butler University aims to help promote your oral hygiene health by offering dental insurance through Delta Dental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vision-coverage\">Vision Coverage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Butler University wants to help protect the health of your eyes. That\u2019s why we provide vision insurance through Anthem Blue View Vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-wellness-benefits\">Other Wellness Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.butler.edu\/well-being\/health-recreation-complex\/\">Health and Recreation Complex<\/a>\u00a0offers all\u00a0full-time faculty and staff a free active membership to the Health &amp; Recreation Complex (HRC) linked to their Butler ID.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Part-time faculty and staff can purchase&nbsp;a full access membership at a reduced rate&nbsp;(annual, monthly or day&nbsp;passes) or utilize the&nbsp;free&nbsp;Open Track or Gym times. Each account provides&nbsp;unique pre-tax savings on contributions to health savings\/spending accounts and dependent care spending accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.butler.edu\/human-resources\/benefits\/employee-assistance-program\/\">Employee Assistance Program<\/a>, or EAP, is a confidential, worksite-based program designed to assist both employees and employers. An EAP provides assessments and referrals in person and via telephone for a wide range of services\u2014personal concerns, childcare, eldercare, legal, etc. All EAP services are completely
