They\u2019re integrated with Anthem\u2019s medical plans, offering improved coordination of care and cost savings. For any pharmacy or prescription drug questions, please contact CarelonRx at <strong>833-363-1430<\/strong>. A dedicated CarelonRx customer service line will be available to answer questions about coverage, copays, and pharmacy issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-carelonrx-member-portal\">CarelonRx Member Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To get the most out of your prescription benefits, you must first set up your Anthem member account. Employees, enrolled spouses, and dependents over age 18 must create their own unique member account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-register-for-an-anthem-account\">Register for an Anthem Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthem.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anthem.com<\/a> and select Log In.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and select Register Now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Member ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your Member ID (found on the front of your medical ID card), first name, last name, and date of birth. Select Next.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the remaining prompts to create your Anthem member account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>On the member portal, you can find in-network pharmacies, compare prescription drug pricing, review prescription benefit coverage, review claims history, find the latest covered drug list, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-carelonrx-home-delivery\">CarelonRx Home Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you take maintenance medications for long-term conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, home delivery could be a fit for you. Through Anthem&#8217;s CarelonRx home delivery service, you can receive a 90-day supply of your maintenance medication mailed directly to your home. Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthem.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anthem.com<\/a> and log in to your member account to learn more. Once there, choose the Prescriptions tab at the top, and then select View Prescriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-carelonrx-formularies\">CarelonRx Formularies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CarelonRx formularies can be found using the links below. BioPlus has been a leading specialty pharmacy for over 30 years, providing patients with fast and easy access to specialty medications. With high customer satisfaction, BioPlus uses advanced digital tools and personalized interactions to make filling your specialty medications fast and easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-bioplus-works\">How BioPlus Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-quickly-request-a-new-specialty-prescription\">Quickly Request a New Specialty Prescription<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have been receiving your specialty medication from another pharmacy, or if you have a paper prescription, contact BioPlus at <strong>833-549-2114<\/strong>. They will provide you with instructions on how to request a new specialty prescription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-easily-refill-a-prescription\">Easily Refill a Prescription<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>View eligible refills and submit a refill request. A BioPlus pharmacist may contact you to answer a few questions. If you don\u2019t see a medication, or you filled a medication with another pharmacy, simply contact BioPlus at <strong>833-549-2114<\/strong>. They will assist you with transferring the prescription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-convenient-date-selection\">Convenient Date Selection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When you order your specialty prescription, you can select a delivery date. If your medication is infused at a doctor\u2019s office or at an infusion center, they will coordinate with them and you to make sure your medication is delivered in time for your next infusion date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-secure-delivery\">Secure Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Your specialty medication can be delivered to you or to your doctor\u2019s office. Specialty medications always come in plain packaging to protect your privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-financial-support\">Financial Support<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>BioPlus partners with public nonprofit foundations and drug manufacturers\u2019 programs to help you afford your high-cost specialty medications. The BioPlus team will make sure you always have access to your medications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-cost-relief\">Cost Relief<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-how-bioplus-specialty-pharmacy-works\">Your prescription drug benefits include Cost Relief, a program that offers you certain specialty medicines with $0 copay. Your plan may require you to meet your deductible before being eligible for the $0 cost share.
